Fresh & Easy Hiring for New Bay Area Markets
Fresh & Easy announced yesterday that it is planning to open 12 Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets in Northern California, 10 of which are in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The company says that it is planning to hire over 275 employees for the new stores and that people can apply for jobs on its webstie – FreshandEasy.com
Each store will employ 20 to 25 people. Bay Area stores that are opening are located in Concord, Danville, Hayward, Napa, Pacifica, Pleasanton, San Francisco, Walnut Creek and two locations in San Jose. The additional Northern California stores will be in Modesto and Vacaville.
Fresh & Easy currently has over 150 stores in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Fresh & Easy’s business model is to offer high quality food products at low prices. The company claims to pass on savings from energy efficiency, store construction and other cost-saving actions directly to customers.
Their fresh&easy brand of products are made with no artificial colors or flavors, contain no trans fats and only use preservatives when necessary. They offer meats, fish, produce, baked goods, gluten-free products, dairy, deli and health and beauty products.
