Dryspells can be an emotional experience. It can be a hard blow to our self-esteem, and we all find out own ways to work through the process. Here are some tips on how you can get through the drought.
1. Eat. A lot of things. Whatever guilty pleasures you want. Food is the closest thing to curing a lack of frisky time. This can be a huge pizza with extra cheese, a burrito feast, or an ice cream eating contest with yourself. Who says you cant eat your emotions?
2. A vibrator is the perfect way to handle it. Getting to know your own body while youre not getting some is one of the most valuable things you can do.
3. You can focus on everything at work. Money cant buy happiness, but its a really close second. Never mind about that boy at work and focus on the promotion instead.
4. Or focus on your creative side. Itll make you more in touch with yourself and is actually a fun distraction, which work might not always be. Take up a new hobby or two; sign up for a painting class or start writing a blog.
